How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, and express shipping takes 1–3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by country. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your parcel on the carrier's website.
What if my parcel hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you're still concerned, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll sort it out for you in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
