All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance by CDNCE. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or stock unavailability. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CDNCE is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, weather events, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law. We do not accept returns for change of mind unless otherwise stated. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not in a resalable condition.
6. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately, however we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colours, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or error-free. Colours may vary depending on your device display settings.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CDNCE and its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
