1. Australian Consumer Law
Our Refund Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess your claim and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL. Please provide your order number and photos of the fault or damage when contacting us.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items show signs of use, damage, or are not in a resalable condition.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit on return.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
8. Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless required by the ACL.
