1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship to all states and territories within Australia. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. International delivery timeframes vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. CDNCE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check our website for current offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. CDNCE is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, so please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

7. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be charged for re-delivery. CDNCE is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
